All Orders received are dispatched next working day (2 days Maximum), we send Using Royal Mail 1st class post for up to 40 Sky Lanterns and a 24 hour courier service to ship larger quantities.

Most orders arrive within 3 working days. Please allow 5 days for your order to arrive before you contact us and we will track the item and if there is problem resend you some replacements.

Cancellation / Refund Policy/Returns :

As we ship fast please check by phone if you need to cancel a order, if it has been shipped you can return for a full Refund for 28 days after you receive your order.

If for any reason you are not happy you can send them back to us within 28 days for a full refund or exchange. If they are faulty we will refund your postage charges.
